DECAF - Colombia Rainbow Castillo

This is a specialty grade deaf from Colombia.

It has been decaffeinated using the the sugar cane process. Using this process avoids disrupting the bean’s cellular structure and even enhances sweetness of the final cup.

Flavours of caramel,  brown sugar, toffee and red apple with a sweet clean finish.
