MADELEINE (mad-e-line)

Our chocolate house blend, suitable for drinking black with minimal to no bitterness, and also works as a delicious milk based espresso. A blend of specialty grade beans from Guatamala & Peru, & a Grade 1 Ethiopian Yirgacheffe.

Notes: Dark chocolate & vanilla, with a hint of berries. Bright, complex acidity.
